Original donations. Untouched.
Credential clothing is used clothing in its original donated state. It is collected directly from donation bins, charity shops and door-to-door charitable drives across North America, Europe, the UK and Australia, then baled or bagged without ever being opened. Nothing is sorted, nothing is graded, and nothing is put on retail display. What the public donated is what arrives in your container.
The trade uses several names for the same product: credential clothing, credential used clothing, originals, and original donations. They all describe the same thing, and they all point to the same value. Because credential stock is never picked over before export, it carries a higher concentration of sellable items than any other grade in the secondhand market. For graders, that means better yield per tonne. For importers, that means more predictable margins.

What is inside a credential bale
A credential bale carries the full mix of what a community donated. Expect men's, women's and children's clothing across all seasons and sizes, along with the shoes, belts, bags and accessories that arrive in the same donation stream. The mix reflects the collection region, which is why sourcing matters: donations drawn from four continents give a broader assortment than any single-country supply.
No one has removed the premium pieces before you. You sort from the same starting point as everyone else in the chain, and the value your grading line creates stays with you.
Available formats
Capsacks: original donation bags, unopened and intact from collection. The purest form of credential product.
Baled: credential clothing bales compressed for container density. Typical bale weight 600 to 700 lbs.
Loose: loaded directly into the container without baling. Volume dependent.

Sourced exclusively from verified charitable organisations and institutional collection networks across Canada, the United States, Europe, the UK and Australia. Supply is consistent year-round, and supplier relationships stay confidential in both directions. Read more about how we work.
Shipping and documentation
Credential clothing ships as full 40' High Cube container loads, FCL only, bolt sealed at loading. Every shipment travels with complete export documentation: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice with correct HS code classification (used textiles move under HS 6309), Packing List with weight breakdown, and Certificate of Origin where applicable.
