Original donations. Untouched.
Credential clothing — known in the trade as "originals" — is collected directly from donation bins and door-to-door charitable drives across North America and Europe. These goods have never been sorted, never graded, and never put on retail display. They arrive exactly as donated: untouched and unsorted from point of collection to container loading.
Because credentials are never exposed to the retail environment, they carry a higher concentration of sellable items than any other textile grade. For graders, this means better yield. For buyers, this means more predictable margins. This is our highest-volume category and the one we are most known for.
Available formats
Cap Sac — original donation bags, unopened and intact from collection. The purest form of credential product.
Baled — compressed into standard export bales for maximum container density. Typical bale weight 600–700 lbs.
Loose — loaded directly into container without baling. Volume dependent.

Sourced exclusively from verified charitable organisations and institutional collection networks across Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia. Supply is consistent year-round.
